Our son broke his ankle the nurses were awesome they took care of him right away. We didn't have insurance and they really worked with us to help us pay them back. The person who worked with us to set up a payment plan were really nice and helpful if my kid breaks another bone will definitely come back to cox.

Literally this is the best place to come when you are sick and want to get seen quickly! This is the only place I go especially when my kids are sick and it's to late to get into the Dr. They get you in and within a few hours. I would say they typically have you in a room within 15-20 mins at most The longest I've ever waited is an hour. It's older ya, so there are some things you dont come here for (heart attacks, gunshot, major STAT stuff) But if you think going to the Southside is going to give you better care while you wait 6, 8, 10 + hours to be seen, Bless Your Heart. The same doctors who work at Northside location, literally work at the Southside also...they rotate.

So just got here ten min. ago. I made sure phone was charged and brought a blanket because hospitals are always freezing and the last time I went to a cox hospital (south) I had been there five hours. It was horrible. Cox north was fast. No waiting room. Straight to a bed. Doctor came in after being in the room immediately. Every one was super kind! Thanks guys.

Although I found zero answers during my Emergency Room visit, I had an extremely comfortable experience at Cox North. Colton, the PA, was very accommodating. He asked numerous questions to get to the bottom of my concerns. I was very pleased with the communication and organization at Cox North.

I was seen at the ER last night for abdomen pain. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the staff was courteous and the nurse I had went above and beyond. This was my first time there & seeing all the security guards right when you walk in had me concerned initially but after being in there for more 10 minutes, you can see why there’s security. Overall, I would come back to the ER if I needed to be seen after hours like last night.

I was treated with respect and felt heard. I was in and out within 20 minutes tops! One of the best ER's locally in my experiences! I will always choose Cox Nort!

I had Physical Therapy with Wyatt Tindall, He knew what he was talking about when I had a pinched nerve in my lower back, after 2-3 weeks of PT most of the pain is gone and he recommended me one thing (recommended me other things also) and that was staying active. It helped a lot and now I’m able to do normal everyday things again. Thank you!

The staff on at 10:00 06/13/25 were wonderful. Thank you to Trevor the Physician Assistant who was so kind to my son Nicholas. Andrew the RN on duty was an absolute doll they were kind and compassionate and understood how to care for my son. They got us in immediately and all people we encountered were professional and nice. From the security team, triage nurses and the Physician who made a point to come introduce himself and check on my son, to the billing lady, everyone treated us so kindly despite the late hour. I can’t thank you all enough for what you do to help people. It’s a thankless job and tough at times. I wanted to take the time to thank you all so much for your kindness to us. My thirteen year old had to go into the psych unit.The first day was so difficult because I didn't know what to expect.I was leaving her with total strangers.But they have done absolutely amazing.With her, I could not have asked for anything better.I would recommend them for any child going through mental illness

Had to have a drug test for new employment. The staff members were super fast and professional. Facilities were clean and in good repair. There was some construction but improvements are good.
